987 STREET SOUR
- 4 cl 987 Gin
- 3 cl carrot and apple juice
- 2 cl ginger syrup
- 2 cl fresh lemon juice
- 1 white egg
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. After dry shaking, fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Double strain into a coupé glass.
Garnish: Dried Apple.

- 5cl 987 Gin
- 1 bar spoon 43 Liqueur
- 3cl smashed strawberry
- 3cl chocolate schnapps
- 3cl liquid cream
Garnish: Grated Black Chocolate.
This drink makes us feel the pleasure we get from those sweet cravings we allow ourselves in the lightful, colourful springs of blossoming roses. Chocolate Strawberry is a contrast of flavours which takes us to a sea of cream cakes and filled chocolates. It has the aroma of vanilla and the orange blossoms found in Orange Trees in a field.
It’s a wide range of spring flavours in mouth.

LOLLIPOP GIN MOJITO
- 6cl Lollipop Gin
- 3cl Fresh Lime Juice
- 3cl liquid sugar
- 7-8 fresh mint leaves
- Fill with soda water
- Fill glass with crushed ice
Garnish: a classic red lollipop inside the mojito.
In this occasion, we get an exceptional, fresh and different result by using Lollipop Gin instead of White Rum. An unusual and addictive cherry taste which won’t leave you unmoved.
The last visual and gustatory touch: place a lollipop inside the mojito, making the drink turn slightly pink and turning it into an even greater surprise.

- 6cl Blueberry Juice
- 2cl Cinammon and Honey Juice
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and serve. Decorate with dried grapefruit cinnamon sticks and some fresh rosemary to increase freshness.

- 2cl Lemon Juice
- 2cl Homemade Heather Honey with Cinnamon Syrup
- 5cl Aloe Vera Juice
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and pour into a light bulb jar or a glass filled with crushed ice.
